Term and Condition:

If there are more than one stop, waiting time exceeding the grace period, or paid parking utilization, the customer will be charged accordingly. Airport waiting time charge starts after 30 minutes of grace period. There will be charged $12 every 10 minutes to cover operating cost. Chauffer can only call or text (US, Canada and Mexico phone no).

Make sure to call us when you are ready to leave with luggage. Please call the driver or dispatch when you know yourdoor no or near to the limo stand.

Overtime starts 10 minutes after your designated drop-off time and is charged in 30 minutes to one-hour increments at the standard hourly rental rate for the vehicle.

Cancellation Policy:

Company should be notified 4 hours before the local airport cancelation and 18hours’ notice before the international airport picks up time, otherwise, full charge will be applied to the client. Allcancellation should be notified with the company by the phone only.All deposits are non- refundable and will be charged hundred percent as cancellation fee.

No Show:

For point to point transfer and hourly service a fee equal to the fare, gratuity and wait time will be charged when the client does not show at the pre-arranged pickup location.

If for any reason having trouble finding your chauffeur, please call us at 925-999-5268 and our dispatcher will help you locate the driver. If client leaves without informing the company without any communication, it will be considered a No Show (FULL CHARGE).

All published rates are subject to change without any notice.

The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer billing statement when applicable:

Two way tolls, Stops, Parking, Meet and Greet, Airport fees, Cell phone usage and Early and late pick up charges and other surcharges that cannot be calculated prior to service are not included in the estimate.

Rules of conducts:

Smoking is NOT allowed in any of our vehicles at any time - NO EXCEPTION.

Alcohol is allowed in the Limo, but the client must provide that all passengers, including the client, are 21 or older ifthere is to be alcohol in the vehicle. (ID is required for all consumers).

Do not ask driver to speed or break any traffic laws.

No drugs, weapons, or any illegal items may be brought on board vehicle.

No standing, walking on the seats, standing or kicking of the bar areas, or hanging on handrails.

The driver may terminate the contract without any refund if at any time he or she thinks anyone in the client’s part isengaging in illegal activity, acting rude or unruly or damaging the vehicle.

Client is responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle by them or their guests, whether intentional, accidental orcaused by neglect. Number of passengers allowed in the vehicle shall be limited to the vehicle passenger capacity it is designed to carry.

The company is not responsible for any unattended, forgotten, left, lost, damaged, or stolen articles inthe vehicle at any time.

In case of misconduct or drug use by Client or their party, or if Driver is or feels threatened, Driver has the right to terminate service and this Agreement without any refunds and drop all passengers off at the nearest safe location? full charges will apply.

Strongly suggests use of seat belts while the vehicle is in motion.

No illegal drugs will be consumed in our vehicles. Not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of Client and/or their party If passengers are minors, the divider stays open and a phone number(s) of one or more of the minors' parents must be provided to the driver prior to the start of the Service. If any underage drinking or drug use occurs, the Service will be terminated immediately with no refund. The minors will be returned to the original pick-up location and the parents will be called.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required by the date of service.

A valid credit card on file is required to reserve a Limo. $200 Non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a Limo.

Damage Payment:

Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by Client or their party during service, either willfully or accidentally. Full payment is required by the date of service.
